i have been doing this for 20 years , also was apartment maintenance dept superivor for also about ten years working on condos in meclean viringina and sprinfiled terreace apartments /condos changing ,faucets,toilets,working on painting drywall, and shower heads ,tile floors ,light fixtures .fiand re alarms ,dealing with A/C units changing thermostats ,water heaters ,we did it all alway taking care of the clinets ..
