What is your primary product or service?
We sell houses, condominium and cooperative apartments, multifamily investment properties and commercial real estate,representing buyers and sellers. We sell foreclosures for many lenders and asset management companies. We help homeowners avoid foreclosure through short sales.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have a BA in architectural sciences from Harvard and a Master of City Planning degree from Penn. I was the chief housing planner for Boston. My interests have been in housing and housing finance for decades. I love helping people buy and sell real estate.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We have a team of 3 highly qualified agents so every client usually gets immediate and thorough attention. I married my favorite loan officer. Consequently we now have financing expertise and below market and other special mortgages inside the team. (No, that wasn't my only reason for marrying him.)
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one central location in DC from which we serve the DC Metro area, including Baltimore. We can use several RE/MAX offices through our affiliation with RE/MAX Allegiance. Wherever we are, there is an available RE/MAX office nearby.
