What is your primary product or service?
Custom picture framing
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We help our customers one on one to design there custom frame. We use all archival museum quality materials for our framing.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location and no plans to expand.

The store is located at 513 11th St, SE. We a four blocks from Eastern Market metro station, right off of Pennsylvania Ave.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, check and all major credit cards.
Which areas do you service?
We primarily serve the Capitol Hill area, but have many customers from the whole DC metro area.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
The company is personally owned my Michele Newman and is run by Michele and her assistant.
What are your hours of operation?
The store hours are Tuesday through Saturday 10AM to 6PM.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
The best compliment we can receive is for the customer to tell us that their artwork looks more beautiful in the framimg we helped them design.
